She just drifts. Paired drills make standing around impossible. Every girl has a job, every girl is improving, and every girl leaves feeling like the session was for her — not just for the ones the drill was designed around.
This week: Take one drill from your plan that only involves some positions, and give everyone else a partnered job alongside it. Defenders extending a clearance? Put a midfielder on the other end controlling it and bringing it down. One drill, two positions, both busy.
