Champion Her Game – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Some of our products are made to order to ensure the perfect fit and personalisation. Please allow additional time for production before dispatch. Standard processing times are:

• Ready-to-ship items: 2–5 business days

• Made-to-order items: 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it’s on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK Standard: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Please note: delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

3. Custom Orders

Customised kits and teamwear are made to order and may take longer to produce. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. These items are non-refundable unless faulty.

5. Returns & Issues

If your order is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us at team@championhergame.co.uk and we’ll investigate.  If you include your mobile number, we will also send you updates via WhatsApp.  Please refer to our Returns Policy for clarification of the process
