Refunds & Returns We want you to love your order from Champion Her Game. If something isn’t quite right, you can return non‑personalised items within 28 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unworn

unwashed
-
in their original condition
-
with tags/packaging where applicable
Personalised items Because personalised items are made specially for you, they are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
How to start a return To begin a return, please email us at team@championhergame.co.uk with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at team@championhergame.co.uk and we’ll help you arrange it.
