Champion Her Game is built around one belief: every girl deserves to feel seen, heard and supported in her sport.

Whether you're new to the team or have played for years, full of confidence or still finding your feet, your experience matters. We want every girl to feel she belongs and that her voice counts.

That's why we built CHGConnect.

Coaches care about their players, but busy training sessions and match days don't always leave time to hear from everyone. CHGConnect gives you another way to share how things feel, helps your coach get to know you and lets you ask for support when you need it.

Every contribution matters.

Some moments in sport get the biggest cheers. But a team's success is built on everyone's contribution: the encouragement, the effort, the growing confidence and the willingness to keep trying.

Training and match days are busy. CHGConnect gives your coach a way to share what they noticed about your part in a match or session, so that recognition stays with you beyond the final whistle.

It also gives every girl a simple way to share how she's finding things, including thoughts she might not say out loud.

Together, these small moments of recognition and listening help every player feel seen, heard and valued as part of her team.

What's in your player portal?

Your own space to share, be recognised and ask for support.

Your player profile Tell your coach a little about yourself, including the position you enjoy playing. The answers you choose to share are visible to your coach and linked to your name.
Recognition from your coach See what your coach noticed and valued about your contribution in a match or training session.
Short check-ins Share how you're feeling about your sport, from enjoyment and confidence to feeling part of the team. Your coach sees a combined team picture, never your individual answers, with results available once at least six players respond.
Raise a hand Let your coach know you'd like some support. Your coach can see it's you, so they can follow up.

Keeping your information safe

We only hold your first name and the first letter of your surname. No date of birth, address, email or phone number.
Your information is stored securely in the EU (Ireland), which meets UK data protection standards.
Only Champion Her Game can access the raw data. Your coach only sees what's described on this page.

How do I get started?

Your coach will send you or your parent or carer your player portal link and PIN. Log in using your first name and PIN. You don't need an email address, phone number or social media account.

If you're under 18, read this page with a parent or carer before getting started.

What happens next?

The first time you log in, you'll be guided through your player profile. When you're ready, tap "Share with your coach" to let them see your answers.

After that, your portal is where you can see recognition from your coach, complete check-ins when they're available and raise a hand if you'd like support.

Keep your link and PIN somewhere safe so you can return. If you need help getting in, ask your coach.

Have a concern?

Don't wait for a check-in or a response to a raised hand if you need help straight away.

If something is worrying you, speak to a parent, carer or another trusted adult. For a safeguarding concern, contact your club's welfare officer.
