CHGConnect - Voice
Every girl gets a say.
Your team's Voice score is in the Opportunity zone. That's not a problem — it's a signal. Here's something you can do about it this week — and you don't even need the app for this one.
Run a WhatsApp poll. Keep it light.
Put it to the squad: "Next training session — Option 1: All fitness, no ball. Option 2: Ball work with a bit of fitness?" WhatsApp now lets you hide voter names in polls, so the girls can answer without everyone seeing who picked what. Use it, keep the question light, and wait for everyone to vote.
A low Voice score often means the quiet girls feel they don't get heard — not that they have nothing to say. Putting a girl on the spot ("come on, what do YOU think?") does the one thing guaranteed to push away the exact child the score flagged. A poll flips it. She clicks a button. Nobody sees who picked what. She's had input and taken zero social risk. The answer doesn't matter. What matters is that every girl gets used to having a voice — without having to be the loudest one in the group.
This week: Drop a poll into your team WhatsApp. Pick one from the list below or make up your own — keep it fun, keep it low-stakes, and turn on "hide voter names." Then wait. The quiet ones will surprise you.
